The Western Kings Arena, located in Kingston is owned by the citizens of Western Kings County and is operated as a non-profit facility for the benefit of those residents by the Western Kings Arena Association.

Meetings are open to the public and are held on every month at the arena. The Association operates by raising funds through ice rentals, canteen sales, various scheduled events, and commercial sign advertising.
